Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a FSQ Supervisor to lead a team of FSQ Auditors and Technicians in our meat snacks facility. You will ensure food safety, maintain HACCP-based systems, and support the FSQ Manager in regulatory and company quality requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, HACCP/SQF knowledge, and experience in a fast-paced production environment. 2nd shift hours are specified, with full-time status and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years in Food Safety & Quality Assurance in the Food Processing Industry.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and >2 years of QA/FSQ in meat/poultry; supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise FSQ Auditors and FSQ Technicians responsible for food safety activities.
• Coach and observe team; ensure resources and training; promote safety and quality objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and regulatory compliance initiatives.
