Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and maintenance leadership experience.
• 2–5 years of maintenance or related experience with leadership aptitude.
• Experience leading safety policies and procedures.
• Licenses or certificates in electrical, refrigeration, boiler, or related areas may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign daily jobs and work orders with clear direction to maintenance staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to improve asset uptime and lifespan.
• Use SAP or similar systems to plan tasks, parts, and descriptions for maintenance work.
• Ensure staff understand and follow work practices and safety procedures.
• Assist the maintenance manager with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
• Maintain records using databases and CMMS and support root cause analysis.
