Qualifications

• Experience leading safety policies and procedures.
• Certifications/licenses in electrical, boiler, refrigeration, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance department to ensure safe, efficient operation of all equipment.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Ensure SAP or similar systems support planning with accurate parts, time, and job descriptions.
• Develop department budgets, manage costs, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Enforce GMP, quality, and sanitation requirements in daily activities.
