Job summary

Creamland Dairies, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide direction and supervision to the maintenance team on second shift (2pm-10pm, Sunday–Thursday) in Albuquerque. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate work orders, and ensure safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2–5 years of maintenance or related supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures.
• Electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, or plumbing licenses/certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce downtime.
• Use SAP to plan tasks, parts, and job descriptions for maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance staff understands work practices and procedures.
• Assist the maintenance manager to complete work orders within deadlines and resolve issues.
• Support and monitor the preventive maintenance program and adjust as needed.
• Serve as first point of contact for emergency maintenance requests.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of plant equipment and capital projects.
