Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate a 2nd shift maintenance team in Englewood, CO. The role focuses on directing daily activities, implementing preventive maintenance, and maintaining asset reliability within GMP and safety standards.

You will leverage SAP and MS Office to plan tasks, while coaching staff, conducting performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience with leadership.
• 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Experience with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise 2nd shift from 3 pm to 12 am.
• Prioritize daily jobs, assign work orders, and oversee pass-down issues.
• Implement predictive/preventive maintenance programs.
• Use SAP to support task planning and maintenance optimization.
• Ensure staff follow safe work practices.
• Assist maintenance manager with PM work orders and repairs.
• Lead root cause analysis on breakdowns.
• Develop procedures for maintenance department.
• Maintain records using databases/CMMS.
• Provide staff training on equipment.
• Ensure GMP and food safety, sanitation requirements.
