Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor directions to achieve outcomes.
• Install machine fixtures by aligning and securing dies, punches, blades, or other fixtures.
• Operate machines such as lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNCs per specifications.
• Inspect operations and measure finished parts to ensure tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and comply with PPE and safety rules.
• Assist in other areas or departments as needed.
