Qualifications

• Requires average math skills and ability to read English instructions.
• Physically able to lift and position heavy items.
• Must follow scheduled hours and company policies.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled shop.
• Learn basic machining concepts and use measuring devices.
• Work with teammates to optimize production processes.
• Attention to detail is essential for quality.
• Dependability and consistent performance are valued.
• Detail-oriented with flexibility for production shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from sheets, blueprints, or supervisor directions.
• Install machine fixtures to ensure safe operation.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines.
• Monitor processes and inspect finished parts for tolerances.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
