Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions from the supervisor.
• Align and secure dies, punches, blades, or fixtures to ensure safe machine operation.
• Set up and operate machines such as lathes, mills, drills, presses, and CNC machines.
• Monitor production and inspect finished products; verify tolerances using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and use crane/buddy system for moving heavy parts; keep area clean.
• Assist in other areas or departments as needed.
