Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Nazareth, PA invites experienced diesel technicians to join a stable team on the second shift. You will perform heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and diagnostics with state-of-the-art tools, on a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational/technical certification preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred; must obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems with diagnostics when applicable.
• Identifies root causes and performs repairs as required.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the complaint.
