Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Mid-Level Diesel Technician in Nazareth, PA to perform maintenance and repair on heavy-duty vehicles. The role offers a second shift (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) with a Monday-Friday schedule and weekends off, plus weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant technical certifications; CDL- Class A preferred. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification post secondary degree or technical certifications preferred.
• Basic tools required.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computer where applicable.
• Identifies root cause and performs repairs as required.
