Huntington National Bank is seeking an AI Risk and AI Risk Governance Manager to provide independent oversight and credible challenge for enterprise AI activities, focusing on governance, risk identification, monitoring, and issue management across the AI lifecycle.

You will partner with business, technology, data, model risk, compliance, privacy, information security, and audit teams to ensure AI use aligns with policy and regulatory expectations, including agentic AI governance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of AI, model and technology risk experience.
• Experience applying risk management concepts to AI or tech-enabled processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent Second Line of Defense oversight of enterprise AI governance activities.
• Assess alignment of first-line AI governance with policy and regulatory expectations.
• Support governance for AI agents and agentic AI systems, including autonomy and kill-switch protocols.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, privacy, and IT teams to ensure consistent AI governance.
