Qualifications

• 8–12 years in a financial institution or consulting environment with AI governance exposure.
• 3–5 years evaluating or governing AI/ML use cases across lifecycle.
• Experience with AI/ML risks such as bias, explainability, data dependency, and automation risk.
• Experience supporting internal audit, regulators, or independent model review functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of enterprise AI risk governance framework and coordinate cross-functional activities across lines of business.
• Coordinate intake, assessment, and governance for proposed AI use cases and classify solutions.
• Serve as coordinator for AI Working Group, prepare agendas and logs, track actions.
• Maintain enterprise inventory of AI use cases and governance records.
• Assess proposed AI implementations to determine governance requirements and controls.
• Develop management reporting and dashboards for AI inventory, approvals, issues, and risks.
