V2X Inc. is seeking a senior financial accounting professional to manage SEC filings, audits, and policy updates. The role oversees a team and partners with senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, 8–10 years in public accounting or equivalent, and deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Expect a highly collaborative environment with robust internal controls and regulatory oversight.

Competenze

• BS in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA – active license.
• 8–10 years public accounting or equivalent with 2+ years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience preparing quarterly/annual SEC filings.
• Familiarity with Hyperion, HFM and SAP.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficient with MS Office and Hyperion.

Mansioni

• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and 8-K responses.
• Coordinate and oversee external audits; liaise with auditors on financial statements.
• Supervise, mentor, and train SEC team; plan and direct activities.
• Assist in internal management reporting for quarterly filings.
• Lead financial material for Audit Committee and Senior Management.
• Participate as a member of Disclosure Committee.
• Provide accounting guidance on regulatory or policy changes.
• Review contracts for revenue recognition.
• Review/update internal controls, including SOX.
• Establish and update accounting policies.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
