Job summary

V2X is seeking a senior accounting professional to lead the preparation and analysis of the company’s quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) and related disclosures. You will supervise the SEC team, coordinate external audits, and provide strategic accounting guidance to senior management.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA license, 8–10 years public accounting or equivalent, and knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Strong Hyperion/HFM/SAP experience and U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting/Finance required; CPA active license.
• 8–10 years in public accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; experience with SEC filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q/10-K, 8-Ks).
• Coordinate and oversee external audits; communicate with auditors on disclosures.
• Supervise and train SEC team; support internal management reporting for filings.
• Provide accounting guidance to senior management and monitor regulatory changes.
• Review new contracts for revenue recognition and update internal controls including SOX.
