Job summary

SPX Technologies in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager, SEC Reporting to lead the quarterly and annual financial statements and SEC filings, coordinating with Corporate Accounting, business units, external auditors and advisors to ensure timely and accurate disclosures.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, U.S. GAAP knowledge and solid experience in revenue recognition, leases and business combinations within a fast-paced public company environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting processes.
• Experience researching accounting matters and drafting memoranda.
• Public company experience and external auditor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and SEC disclosures.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, business units, and auditors.
• Research technical accounting conclusions and advise on reporting matters.
• Manage consolidation activities and OneStream reporting tool.
