Job summary

Figure is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to lead the company’s financial reporting in US GAAP and SEC compliance. You will own the preparation of filings, coordinate with legal and auditors, and drive best-practice disclosures in a fast-growing fintech environment.

This role demands extensive SEC expertise, leadership in a public company, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls across the controllership function.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field; active CPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC and financial reporting function as the company scales.
• Coordinate with legal, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Drive disclosures quality and streamline reporting processes.
• Manage 10-Ks/10-Qs/8-Ks and other filings; maintain the reporting calendar.
• Prepare internal management and investor materials; support Audit Committee materials.
• Establish and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting.
