Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead SEC filings and financial disclosures for a high-growth fintech environment. You’ll own 10-Ks/10-Qs, partner with legal and auditors, and drive process improvements across the controllership function.

You will guide stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718, maintain SOX controls, and prepare management/investor materials in a fast-paced setting with cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Deep experience in SEC reporting (Regs S-X and S-K) with ownership of 10-Ks/10-Qs.
• Strong foundation in US GAAP, SEC regulations, and reporting best practices.
• Public company reporting experience required; fintech/tech exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and timely filing of SEC reports (10-K/10-Q/8-K, proxy statements) with US GAAP compliance.
• Review supporting schedules for financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Maintain SEC filing checklists and tie-out documentation.
• Manage end-to-end accounting for stock-based compensation (ASC 718), including monthly/quarterly expense and diluted EPS.
• Drive process improvements, streamline disclosures, and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
• Collaborate with legal, external auditors, investor relations and leadership across time zones.
