Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead US GAAP and SEC disclosures, coordinating with Legal, IR, and the Global Controller’s Organization to prepare quarterly and annual filings.

You will research complex accounting issues and monitor standards changes while working with external auditors to ensure accurate disclosures and strong internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost and financial processes.
• CPA/CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with SEC disclosures and US GAAP required.

• Manage periodic regulatory reporting (US GAAP).
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting for SEC filings.
• Support research accounting for complex transactions.
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
