Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to join its corporate finance team in the United States. You will prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, research technical accounting under US GAAP, and collaborate with leadership on acquisitions, revenue recognition,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience or public/private combination experience.
• Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting background.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience researching accounting issues and preparing supporting documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with leadership on acquisitions, revenue recognition, equity transactions, and other complex accounting topics.
• Assist with implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Support financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional business partners.
• Drive process improvements and support special projects impacting the broader organization.
