Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead regulatory filings and support the company's technical accounting matters.

This role partners with Legal, IR, Global Controller’s Organization, FP&A and auditors to ensure timely, compliant disclosures. You will supervise quarterly and annual US GAAP reporting, assess new accounting standards, and implement process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
• Big 4 public accounting experience with CPA/CA.
• Up-to-date on quarterly and annual SEC disclosures and GAAP.
• Strong technical accounting research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage periodic regulatory reporting (US GAAP and SEC).
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Support research for new, complex, or unusual transactions.
• Ensure internal control policies and procedures are followed.
• Review changes in accounting standards and assess impacts.
• Proactively address new accounting standards affecting operations.
• Lead continuous process improvements in accounting workflows.
