Job summary

inDrive is seeking an experienced Senior SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to lead technical accounting on complex transactions and shape SEC-style external reporting for a fast-growing global tech company in the United States.

You will own accounting policy development, work with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate, public-company-standard disclosures.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on complex transactions (M&A, business combinations, financing, revenue recognition, impairment, financial instruments, FX).
• Prepare and review SEC-style financial statements, footnotes and disclosures.
• Research, document, and conclude on technical accounting matters under US GAAP; draft memos and journal entries.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies across global entities; align with new standards and SEC guidance.
• Partner with global accounting teams, FP&A, Legal and HR to assess accounting impact of deals and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors to align on conclusions and support audits.
• Own issues end-to-end; provide clear recommendations and avoid unnecessary escalations.
• Support SOX readiness for technical accounting and reporting processes.
