Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager with strong tenant improvement experience to lead commercial TI projects throughout the Seattle market. The role focuses on fast-paced interiors and renovations across office, healthcare, life science, retail, institutional, and occupied environments.

Responsibilities include managing TI projects from preconstruction to closeout, owning budgets and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving project financials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong tenant improvement / commercial interiors background.
• Experience managing projects independently as a PM or strong APM ready to step up.
• Comfortable working in occupied and logistically complex environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage TI projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, owners, architects, and consultants.
• Lead subcontractor buyout and project financial management.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the project.
• Identify schedule, cost, and coordination risks early.
• Drive punch list, turnover, and closeout.
