You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, and ensure safety and financial performance across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Ground-up and/or large-scale TI experience.
• Proven success managing high-value, complex projects.
• Strong construction, scheduling, contract, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance.
