Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a professional sales specialist for railing materials in the Greater Seattle market. This remote role requires base in the Seattle area and periodic travel to grow dealer and contractor business.

You will drive revenue, manage a broad account base, and collaborate with product teams to roll out new railing solutions while representing the Oldcastle APG brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales; preferably railing/building-materials industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Knowledge or ability to design, quote and price custom fence/railing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
• Serve as product, industry and brand expert with prospects and customers to grow the business.
• Grow the marketplace by managing a large portfolio of existing accounts and acquiring new dealers/contractors.
• Travel within the territory to target and acquire new customers and service existing base.
• Attend customer events, tradeshows, or other events to develop brand/product awareness.
• Create market demand through daily presentations to contractors.
• Maintain active sales pipeline to sell more or new products.
• Collaborate with inside sales for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Work with product teams on rollout of new products and pricing strategies.
