Pursuit is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Seattle territory, selling generator solutions to electrical contractors and commercial/industrial customers. This field-based role rewards a proven hunter who can develop new business, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of solution-based sales, a track record of territory growth, and experience selling to estimators, project managers, engineers, or construction

Qualifications

• 4+ years of solution-based or contractor sales experience.
• Proven success in territory growth and new business development.
• Experience selling to estimators, project managers, engineers, or construction decision-makers.
• Comfortable with longer sales cycles and owning a territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Seattle territory by selling generator solutions to electrical contractors and commercial/industrial customers.
• Develop new business and prospect for opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, with minimal travel.
