Job summary

Emploive in Seattle, WA is hiring a Contracts Administrator to manage customer contracts from proposal through closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies and aerospace regulations. This onsite role requires collaboration with program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, and operations to meet contractual obligations and business goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in contract administration in aerospace/manufacturing, a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Finance preferred, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of contract administration experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Supply Chain or Finance.
• Risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Visual Mfg systems (Bonus).
• Aerospace compliance and regulatory knowledge (Bonus).
• Experience with data analysis and RFQs.
• Strong administrative support and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts from proposal through contract closeout.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and aerospace regs.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments (program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, operations).
• Support contractual obligations and business objectives.
