Job summary

Talentify in Seattle, WA is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage customer contracts from proposal through closeout, ensuring compliance with policies and aerospace regulations.

You will liaise with program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, and operations to support new contracts and growth in a family-run aerospace manufacturer. The role offers daytime, on-site hours with competitive benefits and a pay range of $75,000–$100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract administration, ideally within aerospace or manufacturing.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal through closeout.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Experience with purchasing or supply chain-related activities in support of contract requirements.
• Familiarity with aerospace compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to contracts.
• Proficiency with Visual Mfg or similar systems used for contract and production support.
• Experience with RFQs and related proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts from proposal, negotiation, and award through execution and closeout.
• Ensure all contracts comply with internal company policies, customer requirements, and aerospace industry regulations.
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders (program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, operations).
• Coordinate and support proposals and pricing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
• Support contract negotiations by reviewing terms and structuring agreements that balance customer needs and business objectives.
• Monitor contractual obligations and milestones to ensure timely delivery and performance.
