Job summary

A leading technology firm in Simi Valley, CA is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration in aerospace and defense projects. The candidate will negotiate and manage contracts, ensure compliance with export regulations, and mentor junior team members. Candidates should have at least 10 years of Contracts/Compliance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, and a relevant bachelor's degree. This is a fully onsite position that demands excellent negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of recent Contracts/Compliance experience in an Aerospace, Defense or Space organization.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Manager of Contracts role.
• Experience with ITAR and EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Provide guidance and training on export compliance.
• Manage activities involved in export regulatory compliance.
