Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our New Construction Mechanical team in Seattle, WA. You will develop strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing plans, schedules and scopes, coordinating with contractors, and controlling costs. A Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering and 5 years' experience are required, with strong MS Office and scheduling tool

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies, goals and objectives to deliver safely, on time and on budget.
• Manage project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Architects and Owners and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project controls, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Lead project team staffing and meetings and mentor staff.
