Job summary

GL Partners Management (GLPM) seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a forthcoming multifamily community in Seattle, WA. You will manage onsite maintenance staff and ensure assets meet high standards of safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.

This role values hands-on leadership, preventative maintenance, vendor management, and strong teamwork. HVAC knowledge, plumbing and electrical skills, and OSHA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience in multifamily maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances.
• Proven ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and resident service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and lead onsite personnel.
• Manage unit turns, inspections, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships, inventory, budgets and supplies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold company safety standards.
• Collaborate with Community Management to support resident satisfaction.
