Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community, servicing requests and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Plan and manage supplies, bids, and vendor relations within budget.
• Support on-call emergency duties as needed.
