Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a Property Manager to oversee maintenance teams and property operations. You will lead monthly safety meetings, manage budgets for preventative maintenance, and collaborate with leasing staff to ensure seamless communication with residents.

The role requires 3+ years in property management with supervisory experience, proficiency in unit turns, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines. After-hours on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent experience
• 6+ months supervisor experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair
• Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety practices
• Ability to input data in English into software programs
• Prior experience with Yardi or similar software for unit turns and work orders

Responsibilities

• Oversees and leads maintenance team members.
• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers for smooth communication.
• Conducts monthly safety meetings and manages OSHA/SDS safety reporting.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
• Manages vendors and budgets within approved limits.
• Accounts for inventory and procurement of supplies.
• Handles after-hours emergencies as required.
• Delivers excellent customer service and supports residents.
• Performs additional duties as needed by supervisor.
