Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Seattle to manage maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative tasks at the community. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff, coordinate with contractors, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC knowledge and OSHA expertise are a plus, with on-site responsibilities and on-call duties included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Maintain records of service requests and make-ready status.
• Assist with budgeting and inventory of maintenance supplies.
