Havenly is expanding its Interior Define Studio in Dallas, TX and seeks a design-savvy, sales-driven Design Expert to deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. You will consult clients in-store and online, guide mood boards and space planning, and manage the end-to-end sales journey.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in sales (furniture/interior design), interior design experience, and strong customer-centric skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in furniture or interior design).
• Experience in interior design and/or home furnishings; ability to create mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric mindset that drives sales conversions.
• Collaborative team player with a track record of meeting targets.
• Organized and efficient, able to manage multiple clients and projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Conduct in-store and virtual consultations on furniture and design choices.
• Own the full sales process from inquiry to purchase.
• Drive sales growth and improve customer experience within the studio.
• Master product offerings and design services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Assist clients with 2D/3D mood boards and space planning.
• Maintain proactive post-purchase follow-up to encourage repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador to build local Dallas presence.
