Blue Mountain Community Management, an Associa company, seeks a Community Director to lead Seattle-area client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. You’ll partner with the Oregon team, oversee boards, vendors, and service delivery, and drive retention and growth in the Seattle market.

The role emphasizes Washington statutes expertise, high-touch client management, and on-site leadership with potential portfolio management of select communities.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of community association management experience, with Washington experience preferred.
• Proven ability to strengthen client relationships and support retention.
• Strong working knowledge of Washington statutes affecting associations.
• Experience managing complex, high-touch, or large-scale communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Seattle area.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications are a plus.

• Maintain a visible Seattle presence and provide on-site leadership as needed.
