Indigo Real Estate Services in Seattle seeks an experienced Assistant Manager who excels in customer service, affordable housing, and property operations. You will plan daily operations, lead the team, and drive leasing, budgeting, and compliance to support multiple communities.

The role requires LIHTC familiarity, strong organizational skills, and proven leadership to coordinate across maintenance, leasing, and reporting while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• LIHTC program experience required.
• Experience supervising a team of 3+ people.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Structure office workflow and lead daily team meetings.
• Meet corporate financial objectives and ensure compliance with fair housing.
• Train and manage staff, oversee leasing, collections, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Prepare budgets and monitor cost centers with forecasts.
• Support investments manager and assist with marketing and listings.
