Indigo Real Estate is seeking an experienced Community Director for the Seattle/Capitol Hill area who excels in customer service and sales. You will lead day-to-day property operations, manage resident relations, and ensure compliance with housing laws while driving financial performance and team development.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and data-driven reporting. Occasional weekend/holiday work, with a full benefits package for qualifying full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day property operations
• Maintain effective resident relations and meet financial objectives
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and applicable laws
• Manage training, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting
• Maintain safety policies and site-level revenue and expenses
• Support marketing efforts and property listings, including ILS updates
• Prepare budgets and monitor cost centers and forecasts
• Support Investment Manager and perform other duties as assigned
