Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking an experienced Community Director for the Seattle/Capitol Hill area. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, leadership of property operations, and creating a welcoming community for residents.

The position requires strong organizational skills, energy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Presently or recently employed with a property management company.
• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality
• Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Ability to set priorities and multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi and RentCafe.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day property operations and maintain resident relations.
• Meet corporate financial objectives and protect real estate value.
• Ensure property compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Oversee training, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure accurate site-level revenue/expenses.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and oversee advertising/listing updates.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and marketing materials.
• Support Investment Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
