Indigo Real Estate is seeking an experienced Community Director for the Seattle/Capitol Hill area. The role centers on exceptional customer service, community building, and leading property operations to meet financial goals and compliance standards.

The candidate will manage leasing, resident services, budgeting, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on accurate data, teamwork, and initiative. Weekend/holiday work may be required, and physical tasks are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• Experience communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Yardi and RentCafe.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Plan, direct and control day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Meet corporate financial objectives and protect property value.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Supervise training, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate site safety and timely invoicing and bids.
• Support marketing and advertising efforts for listings and ILS updates.
• Prepare materials for annual budgets and monitor cost centers.
