Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Operational Improvement Senior Consultant based in the Seattle area. You will partner with clients to improve business operations, processes, and ways of working to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations improvement, process improvement or business transformation.
• Proven track record delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Experience leading process assessments, mapping, workshops, root-cause analysis, and implementation planning.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across sectors to improve operations and processes.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and workshops to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Map workflows across roles, systems, and data to surface issues.
• Redesign end-to-end processes and operating models for sustainable gains.
• Define future-state workflows, KPIs, and governance for value realization.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align priorities and roadmaps.
