Job summary

Slalom, a leading business and technology consulting firm, seeks a Consultant to partner with clients in both commercial and public sectors to elevate operations and drive measurable outcomes. The role involves assessments, design of future-state processes, and governance to sustain value, with a focus on integrating data, automation, and AI to accelerate delivery.

You will work across client sites, workshops, and teams to realize value and improve customer experience, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading process assessments, process mapping, workshops, root cause analysis, and implementation planning.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to improve operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and workshops to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Map workflows across roles and systems to surface bottlenecks and value leakage.
• Design end-to-end processes, operating models, and governance for transformations.
• Define future-state workflows, KPIs, and governance for human + AI work.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans to translate strategy into action.
• Support execution of improvements with governance structures and performance management.
• Leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI to accelerate value realization.
• Identify opportunities for process intelligence and workflow automation in partnership with teams.
• Contribute to capability development and knowledge sharing within Slalom.
