Job summary

Slalom Build, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Transformation Consultant to partner with clients across sectors to drive operational improvements and measurable business outcomes. The role emphasizes process analytics, governance design, and value realization through AI-enabled capabilities.

Travel is required based on client needs, with on-site work and commuting to client sites or the Slalom office (~3 days/week). A Bachelor’s degree is required, with Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with process improvement, operations transformation, or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to improve operations, processes, and ways of working to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Conduct assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to identify performance challenges and opportunities.
• Map workflows across roles, systems, data, and decision points to surface bottlenecks and value leakage.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end processes, operating models, and governance for sustainable improvements.
• Define future-state workflows, KPIs, and human + AI working methods to modernize operations.
