Slalom is seeking a Corporate Strategist to join our Strategy team in Seattle to lead enterprise-wide strategies and shape client outcomes. You will guide teams through complex assessments, craft compelling narratives from data, and influence strategic decisions across industries.

You will mentor Strategists, develop long-term roadmaps, and drive process improvements while staying ahead of emerging trends to create client value and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience.
• MBA required.
• Experience leading in Business Strategy and Process Optimization including: Business & Growth Strategy Development; Financial, Business & Process Analysis; Competitive Research & Analysis; Value Stream Mapping; Strategic Roadmap & Execution Plans; Executive Management & Communications; Continuous Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver enterprise-wide and/or business-unit level strategies to deliver business outcomes.
• Direct the development of complex situation assessments in dynamic industries.
• Coach and lead teams through research, data gathering and synthesis to present a compelling client narrative.
• Provide perspectives on emerging trends and their impact on client opportunities.
• Build client team capabilities to think and work as Strategists through the strategy development process.
• Mentor and lead other Strategists and contribute to strategy communities.
• Create roadmaps that align to client success and Slalom-enabled work.
• Provide process mapping guidance and support portfolios.
• Understand and lead client outcome and deal strategies to drive solutions.
• Develop capabilities and solutions aligning to client 'Why'.
