Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Global Supply Chain practice in Seattle. You will lead and deliver supply chain projects, guiding IBP and S&OP initiatives and partnering with clients to transform operations through analytics and technology.

You will work cross-functionally to diagnose issues, design holistic solutions, and mentor junior staff while building trusted client relationships and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience with IBP and S&OP required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Logistics or Manufacturing.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau, SQL, Python or R a plus.

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging technologies.
