Job summary

Slalom seeks a Process Intelligence and Optimization Senior Consultant to drive operational improvements across large-scale enterprise settings. You will lead process mining initiatives, craft governance frameworks, and support automation integrations with UiPath and Power Automate.

You will partner with business units to train teams, scale capabilities, and deliver measurable ROI, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and Agile delivery methods to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational improvement, process improvement, business consulting, or transformation.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and delivering measurable process improvements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels—from frontline to executive.
• Ability to lead complex, data-driven initiatives with a clear understanding of change management dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of operations, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities using lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles.
• Perform root cause analyses on performance issues, rework, and SLA breaches using event logs and structured process diagnostics.
• Develop and maintain detailed business cases, process improvement roadmaps, and governance frameworks for initiatives spanning business functions.
• Lead and support the deployment, scaling, and governance of process mining across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
