Job summary

Viking Electric, a member of the Sonepar group, seeks a Warehouse Material Handler for seasonal work in Rochester, MN. You will help move products from the warehouse to customers, loading and unloading trucks with safety and accuracy.

The role involves using a forklift and handheld scanner, counting inventory, and keeping materials organized in a fast-paced environment. It runs Monday–Friday with an 10:30am start, paying $21.00–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs with assistance).
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Willing to learn forklift and handheld scanner operation.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks and move boxes safely using equipment.
• Count and record items entering/leaving the warehouse.
• Use handheld to scan barcodes for inventory control.
• Assemble, package, label, and route material for delivery or storage.
• Keep products organized and safe.
