Job summary

Viking Electric in Rochester, MN is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Material Handler. You will load, unpack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Highlights include a 10:30am start, Monday–Friday schedule, and an hourly pay of $21.00–$26.00. You must be at least 18, able to lift 50–75 lbs, and authorized to work in the United States. Training for forklift and scanning is provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, or up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for much of your shift.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract).
• Willingness to learn forklift and handheld scanning device (training provided).
• Able to work in various warehouse temperatures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes using forklift or manual handling.
• Count, check, and record items coming in or shipped out.
• Use handheld scanner to track inventory levels.
• Assemble, package, label, and route material for delivery or storage.
• Help keep products organized and safe.
