Job summary

Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Material Handler in Rochester, MN. You will support orders by moving and packaging goods from our warehouse to trucks in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hourly pay of $21.00–$26.00, with a Mon-Fri 10:30am start and a full benefits package. Training is provided for forklift operation and handheld scanning devices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes using a forklift, pallet jack, or similar equipment (training provided).
• Count, check and record items entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory levels.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and route material for delivery or storage.
• Maintain organization and protect products from damage.
• Follow safety procedures to keep the warehouse secure.
