Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a seasonal warehouse associate in Hartford, CT for a part-time night shift from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM, about 20–25 hours per week across 3–4 days. Seasonal tenure runs from 10/27/2026 to 1/1/2027, with a $500 seasonal bonus and weekly pay.

You will unload, sort, move, and load packages (30–50 lbs), stand or walk during shifts, and keep your area organized. Training provided—no prior warehouse experience required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform tasks with repetitive physical activity and varying warehouse temperatures

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently during shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Repeat bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and squatting while handling packages
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

Part-Time: (approximately 3-4 days/week, 20-25hours total)

3:00AM to 9:00AM or End of Sort

• Sunday through Tuesday
• Wednesday through Saturday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
