Job summary

OnTrac Fontana, CA is seeking seasonal Warehouse Associates to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages in the early morning hours. Shifts run 5:00 AM to 9:30 AM and may rotate by schedule. You’ll handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds, stand long hours, and work in varied warehouse temperatures.

Weekly pay at $19/hour and a $500 seasonal bonus are offered, with the potential for opportunities beyond the season. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently during your shift.

• Stand and walk for extended periods; stand, walk, bend, lift, reach and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments; keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their destination safely and on time.

Pay: $19.00/HR WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shifts: 5:00 AM - 9:30 AM

• Tuesday - Saturday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Friday - Monday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
